Pork Chops a l’Orange

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 onion soup envelope

PREPARATION

Put the pork chops (in one layer only) in a square dish (9″ x 9″).

In a glass bowl, mix together the orange juice and onion soup mix.  Pour mixture over the pork chops; cover and marinate all day or overnight.

Bake, covered, in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit for 1.5 hours.

NOTE: While the marinade and bake time do take a while, this is the sort of recipe you can use on a weekend.  Just pop the chops in the oven and now you can play with your children until dinner is ready.  Simply no fuss.
